The initial set up phase was well handled, and importantly our staff were not impacted through the transition, which will always be a concern when dealing with people’s pay. Although, in the main, we work with a nominated account handler on our payroll, all of the team are extremely helpful and happy to step in to answer queries in terms that those not used to the technicalities can understand.
