We’ll ask you to enter your timesheet information on simple spreadsheets tailored to your business. Then we’ll import that information directly into our system – reducing errors and minimising risk – so we can make all the calculations needed to produce a wage slip. We’ll then validate and audit each payroll run.
Paper or ePayslips
We’ll provide the payslip of your choice, but you’ll save on printing and postage costs, reduce paper usage, and cut the cost of producing copies when you switch to ePayslips.
Payments
A fully managed payroll means BACS payment of wages and pensions are arranged for you and paid direct into staff bank accounts.
Secure control
We’ll keep a secure record of every payroll report for 7 years, so you can access them whenever you need them.
Personnel documents
Need P45s, P60s, P11s or any other documents required by HMRC? We’ll produce them for you.
Reporting
As often as you need, in as much depth as you wish. We may be providing the fully managed payroll, but you’ll have the reports that keep you in control of your business.
End of Year made simple
